Term Talk Hub
FAQ
Everything about the Hub, the tools and your membership.
About the Hub
-
The Term Talk Hub is one membership of calm, practical tools for teachers, built by a teacher who spent a decade figuring this out so you don't have to.
The membership includes ReportReady and ReportRefine for report comments, and CyberConfident for classroom cyber safety. Every free account also includes ParentBridge for parent communication and the ReliableResources library that goes with every podcast episode.
You can create a free account at hub.termtalk.com.au and upgrade whenever you're ready.
-
No. A free account gives you instant access to all ReliableResources (the downloadable templates, planners and tools that go alongside every Term Talk episode), every podcast episode, and ParentBridge including the Conversation Navigator. New resources are added every term.
The membership unlocks the report writing and cyber safety tools (ReportReady, ReportRefine and CyberConfident) on top of that, plus the weekly live webinar sessions. No credit card is required to start.
-
NSW primary and secondary teachers, from early career through to experienced staff and school leaders.
ReportReady is built for primary (K-6) and ReportRefine for secondary (Years 7-10); ParentBridge and CyberConfident support teachers across both.
-
The report tools are aligned to NSW syllabus outcomes - ReportReady for primary and ReportRefine for Years 7-10 across English, Mathematics, Science, PDHPE and Technology, with NESA outcome text built in.
More states and year levels are added based on member feedback.
The Tools
-
ReportReady generates syllabus-aligned report comments for primary (K-6): choose the grade and outcome and get a clear, professional comment to make your own.
ReportRefine does the same for secondary (Years 7-10), built around achievement and effort across English, Mathematics, Science, PDHPE and Technology. Both are included in the membership.
-
The tools take out the cognitive load, not your professional judgment. Every comment comes out clear, professional and outcome-aligned - then you read it through your critical lens, add the detail that makes it specific to your student, and make it sound like you.
Think of it as the scaffold and the starting point. No blank page, and no starting from scratch when your cognitive load is already full.
-
ParentBridge is a mix of videos, resources and tools for every parent communication situation - from everyday updates to the hard conversations: parent-teacher interviews, phone calls, meeting prep and follow-ups.
It also includes the Conversation Navigator: choose a scenario, describe your situation, and get a plan for a difficult conversation - phone call, meeting or email - in minutes.
ParentBridge is included free with every Hub account, no membership required.
-
CyberConfident is story-based cyber safety for K-6: choose-your-own-adventure stories where students follow a character through an online situation and make the choices. There are no wrong paths - the real learning happens in the conversation about why one choice felt safer than another.
Each adventure runs as a whole-class read-aloud or small-group activity, with teacher notes included, and covers Early Stage 1 through Stage 3.
-
ReliableResources is the downloadable library that brings every Term Talk episode to life - the templates, planners, eBooks and practical tools that go alongside each episode, so the thinking from the podcast becomes something you can use in your classroom.
It's included free with every account, and new resources are added every term.
-
The Hub grows every term. New ReliableResources are added regularly, and new tools and scenarios are shaped by what members tell us they need.
If you join the membership, every new tool added to the Hub is included.
Pricing & Practical

The membership is $15.99 per month or $159.99 per year - the annual option gives you two months free.
